Since c-diff is a disease of the "lower half", so to speak, we find that many of our members cannot refrain from discussing what comes out the bottom end. If you must do it, please do it here.

Post Xifaxan Stools

I am off xifaxan for 4 days now. On the high dose vanco and xifaxan for the most part my stools were formed. Now they are a mixture of diarrhea and some formed. Yesterday I had 4 stools. I am worried that the xifaxan didn't work but I guess only time will tell. Just wondering if anyone else had the same experience following xifaxan. This is getting so frustrating!!

I am coming off tuesday and am having a colonoscopy that day .I pray this works for you. After reading your post nikki I got Anxious . I am considering doing the infusion the night of the C-Scope. I pray you get Well.
