mushy poop

Since c-diff is a disease of the "lower half", so to speak, we find that many of our members cannot refrain from discussing what comes out the bottom end. If you must do it, please do it here.

Ditto for me too and still have it even though I am off Vanco.
Cdiff 1 year. Flagyl then MANY rounds of Vanco with Questran/ Rifampin/Fusidin. Finally two Fecal transplants and currently 13 months C Diff free! :)

I am still battling Cdiff, in the middle of pulsing again on Vanco. I have mushy stools all the time. Not sure I can remember what "normal' is anymore.

Me too! Normal, what is that? Haven't seen a normal BM in at lease 6 to 7 months!! Can't believe my biggest wish is for a normal BM.....Never in a million years would I have thought that normal poop would make my day! LOL

Yes for sure. "Initially" they "feel" formed but (like a kid) when I look they're weird, formed, yes, but kind of frothy looking & they sort of disintegrate. Yuck. Don't mean to be so graphic but that's what happens. It's strange too because they FEEL so normal!

At least they're not green, thank god.
