Since c-diff is a disease of the "lower half", so to speak, we find that many of our members cannot refrain from discussing what comes out the bottom end. If you must do it, please do it here.

Look at the probiotic carefully. Often MD's will hold off on Fiber( especially in pill form) during healing. You mention your probiotic has fiber? On this site we see most recommended by physicians either Florester or VSL#3. Kefir is also a good source. I am not sure if you MD recommended Fiber during treatment and recovery but I would look at that again.
Both Fiber and Probiotics can cause gas symptoms.
