Explosive and foul smelling stool

Explosive and foul smelling stool

As the post mentions I have Explosive and foul smelling stool this morning. It was formed though. (I started VSL3) 2 days ago. Had FMT 3.5 months ago. Could it be the start of c-diff (I get nauseous and feel sick in the morning)

It's really hard to tell as IBS can pose very similar symptoms. I get nausea when I get IBS bouts, and my BMs and symptoms are usually in the morning only. The fact that it's formed is a good sign. You should discuss this with your doctor and see what he or she says. Some doctors may want to test. The VSL-3 could also be a culprit, as some can't tolerate probiotics.
