To me this is a Success Story, but it belongs here I guess

Since c-diff is a disease of the "lower half", so to speak, we find that many of our members cannot refrain from discussing what comes out the bottom end. If you must do it, please do it here.

I think its the peppermint too...maybe not so much the chocolate :) i made spagetti and meatballs for my son and put about 4 cloves of garlic. I ate that yesterday and today too, so far so good. I even sprinkled parmesan cheese on it...hoping all goes well with that too.

Zinna1, you might try Benefiber. I believe it is a gentler form of fiber. It has worked well for me. Check with your doc and or pharmacist. If,it helps start slow and work up.

Know c diff is a roller coaster ride. Hang on. Some day you will receach the top.
