Hi fujikikumaru,
I would highly recommend you see your doctor again for follow-up and further testing. Continued pain is not uncommon but the fever usually resolves (or can also indicate the beginning of recurrence); there could be something else entirely going on and/or it could be additional treatment is needed.
According to the more recent articles by Dr. McDonald, Fordtran, etc. (in FAQ's, Articles by Cdiff Experts) fever should resolve in 2 to 3 days after beginning treatment and other symptoms in 5 to 7 days.
Be sure and read those professional articles mentioned above and also Dr. Borody's on the main index. Do be sure and read the section on Hygiene for your own well-being and to help prevent spread of the disease.
Most people are still cured with one or two rounds of medicine, sometimes that second round is necessary, so it's best to check back with your doc as early as possible if you might be getting sick again.
Hope you feel better soon!
