Cold Prevention

This story just aired on my local evening news.

Has anyone used any of these products? Are they reputable?

I am just trying to prevent a cold - to in turn - prevent another sinus infection.

I've used Ziacam for colds...and thought it was great. It doesn't cure or stop the cold, but I took it at the first time and the cold wasn't bad at all. I sometimes use the Ziacam sinus if my sinuses are really blocked up and it clears them out like magic. If I feel a real sinus infection setting in though...I do a couple of acupuncture treatments and that does the trick.

I forgot to mention that someone I work with uses the Sambucol and thinks it's great.
