Re: Pancreatitis
I saw my internist today and he and his associate have the virus too. Apparently it is going around a lot. Let us know how you are doing, Carol. Praying for you.

Re: Pancreatitis
My Dr. is on vacation so I haven't heard back on the spec. yet. I'm feeling better this morning, thank God but I'm still going to call and insist on the results. The pepto really helped, no D this morning, in fact no BM at all and thats a good thing. Hope it lasts, last time I thought I was over this virus and it came back. Who knows, IBS or virus, I"m just happy I feel better.

Re: Pancreatitis
Cdiff test was neg. so I guess all these problems are a virus or IBS. I don't think Liz got the ultrasound done yet.

Re: Pancreatitis
I had the ultrasound on Tuesday, actually. The technician said he did not see anything. Same hemangiomas on the liver that I have had for years, otherwise he saw no gall stones and pancreas and bile ducts looked normal. I will double check with the doctor's office about it to be sure. Thanks for asking.
Carol - so glad your test was negative. The virus probably activated your colitis and your intestines will need a while to settle down. If the Pepto helps, use it as needed.

Good news Liz, now we have to get Bobbie well. We have really been a sick bunch this month. Hopefully June will be better.

Glad you feel better, Carol.,I'm still coughing - imagine it will be awhile before I feel better, no antibiotics so far.

Re: Pancreatitis
Take something to quiet that cough down. I do feel better but Liz is right , I think this virus kicked up my colitis. Guts not so great, nausea still hanging in there. Its got to get better.
