i looked into legal methods years ago - was a legal assistant at the time. i was a middle-aged woman with no depandants and so wasn't 'worth anything' - in other words, the lawyer wouldn't make enough - they usually take 40 or more %. if you think the medical field is a mess, wait until you see the legal field. One attorney told me, "too bad you aren't in a wheelchair - then we might have a case.' (i did have an original patient insert that didn't mention C. diff. - it was revised later because of all the c. diff. it - vantin was the antibiotic.)

if you do go this route, do it on a contigency basis.
