Strange failure message when posting a reply

I keep getting the following message after I hit submit when posting a reply:

Failed sending email :: PHP ::

DEBUG MODE

Line : 234
File : emailer.php

But when I go back to the forum, the post went thru fine.

Wonder if I'm the only one or are others getting this same message.

I get it too I think its something with the site.

The same thing is happening with most of us. I've talked to the webmaster about it & he blamed it on AOL.

Since we can still post, he suggested we just ignore the error msg.

Also I have posted about this before BUT eevery time I go to log on 9-10 times I have to do it AGAIN before getting in...and YES this happens on every PC where I attempt to log in it is both very frusttrating and annoying makes me at times NOT bother to log in.....I do not want this to continue for this site is a savior to me! HEEEELLLLLLLLLLP!

Whew, glad to see it's not just me. Been having some problems with PC freezing up. When hit Control+Alt+Delete, one of the open windows will show it as not responding. Need a new one, but definitely don't want Vista!

I did the "remember me" and "log me on automatically" and sometimes it didn't work. What has worked is just sending a shortcut to desktop. I did it from the General Discussion forum, so I just click on it and a new window opens right to that forum. Only twice in the last several months has the site made me log in when posting a reply.

Strange that the failure notice only happens on Post Reply, and doesn't do it on New Topic.

Yea, I just posted a reply in the Too Much Info forum and no error mesage!!!

Oops - spoke too soon.

Just posted a reply and got the dreaded failure message again, but thankfully it showed up anyway under the topic.

Me too - I think there's something about Internet Explorer that conflicts with the discussion software. Just ignore it - the posts work.

Never had too many problems with it logging me in automatically, but the last week it's making me manually log in at least 4 times a day. Don't know what's changed or happened. Perhaps the site didn't like that coulple of weeks rest when it was down for vacation and is retalitating - ha ha.
