I want to the ER and they did nothing again. But I found out that they should have if they listened to me. Cause my creatinine on June 13th was .81 and the next day when it was tested at the ER it was 1.06. I don't know what to do. I am afraid my kidneys are going to fail soon. Has anyone been through this.

Are there any other hospitals around you? Are you still having D?

It sounds like dehydration is making your kidneys suffer big time. Go to another hospital and demand to be admitted!!
So sorry this is happening to you , I wish you could get some relief soon.

You might be able to take IVs at home, I did years ago. Be pleasant and persistent explain your story.

Call around and see. A urologist might be the one to call,- or a kidney specialist but think that would take longer. Also, try several IDs.

Good luck , hopefully this FMT will do the trick. Make sure that you are on the proper dosage of Vanco before FMT , the active Cdiff colony must be destroyed otherwise the new bacteria will not be able to implant and grow.

They ended up not doing the FMT. I am home now. And I still have D. My hemoglobin was low before they discharged me. My D has started to turn a blackish color. I am still having stomach pain. They gave me fluids while I was at the hospital. I was their for five days. I really think they should have done the FMT. I am so tired I can hardly stay awake.I am going to call my doctor that admitted me tomorrow and see what they have to say. They are the ones that wanted me to get the FMT.

Are you still on medication for c difficile? If you are, talk to your doctor about the FMT. You have to be on meds before anyway. Ask why they decided not to do it and if they are still thinking of doing it in the near future.

Can you get a appointment with a ID doctor , maybe he will have more treatment options for you.
