So, in my daily research, I came across this article a while ago. It popped up in my FB newsfeed and just thought I would share it. Science is such a double edge sword. Just because we CAN do something, doesnt mean we SHOULD. I read a study that said the UK dropped their c diff rates by 80% in a hospital just by limiting the use of cipro and levaquin. Now Australia is trying to do this? It is just frustrating. Seems as if the c diff world takes one step forward and two steps back. Might not anger other people, but it got me fired up this morning.
You can do it here... but no profanity, naming specific names, etc. Try to be constructive. Suggestions to improve the board or discussion forums are always appreciated.
