If I'm understanding you correctly you now don't have D but the opposite and it hurts to go. See a little B when you go. Sounds like the fissure and not colitis at all. Are you using a stool softener? when my son had a fissure he was instructed to take Metamucil 3 times a day to keep the stool very soft so it could heal. I would suggest you ask the Dr. about this. Hard stool is a no no for fissures or hemorrhoids. Hope you can get this and your other problems under control and you feel better soon. Carol
