My mother is not doing well & I am having additional health issues -- some probably related to C. diff., some not.

I read a book called The Prize Winner of Defiance, Ohio, by Terry Ryan last night. It it doesn't make your laugh, nothing will. It's a true story about a woman (one of her daughters wrote the book) who overcame adversity (alcoholic husband, 10 children, no money) with perservance & humor -- two of qualities needed to overcome C. diff.

The movie was made into a movie. Read or watch!
