And, it's a lot simpler than a scenario that merges all of our ideas and would go something like this: <BR> <BR>1. Break down task into small chunks and bring list to dentist's office. <BR> <BR>2. Drink buckets of water prior to arrival. <BR> <BR>3. Upon arrival at dentist's office, breathe 10 times deeply before checking in. <BR> <BR>4. Once checked in, lay out a yoga mat in the waiting room and meditate. <BR> <BR>5. Once called into the exam room, place ear phones in and listen to music. (Maybe even do a little dance, if inspired!) <BR> <BR>6. Have superficial numbing soluation placed on gum, followed by novocane, followed by gas. <BR> <BR>7. Start checking things off the list. <BR> <BR>8. Resist urge to pee. <BR> <BR>8. Raise arm when breaks are needed. <BR> <BR>9. Continue resisting urge to pee... <BR> <BR>10.
